The Multi-polarization Relationship Between Media And Government

This paper is mixed with history and analysis, discussing the mutual influence and the relation of essential factors in the media- government relation. The relation between media and government is not just simply relate to the two factors, but a complicated environment, a balance of several factors. For America, it is a triangular pyramid pattern about interest group (capital), media, government and the public; for Soviet Union, it is a triangle pattern of media, government and the public. Unfortunately, too many governments and media neglected influence of the public, no matter the governments and media in America and soviet ofthat time, or those of all over the world--however, today, all of theseshould be recognized again.
