Study On The Information Management Of Project Risk From The Perspective Of Information Ecology

Information Ecology, as a forward-looking research theory in the information management science, sets "to build and maintain an Information Ecosystem having an organizational ability" and "to establish a people-oriented management model" as the two research focus at present. While from the perspective of information resource management, the information ecological theory which setting the system concept, balanced view, people view and Interactive view as the core values, as the cross-disciplinary of Information science and Ecological disciplines, introduces ecological concepts to the study of Information Management. The information ecological theory emphasizes on an ecological thinking to look at the information management mode, built by the information, the information of people, the information environment and their interaction.The aim of it is to promote the scientific and ecological management on the information, playing an increasingly prominent value in the economical and social development to the maximum extent; emphasizes on improving the guiding ideology of the Information management subjects essentially, more focused on investigation and analysis on the process of information management from a macro perspective, and eventually start a new field and idea in the information management.Study on the information management of project risk from the perspective of Information Ecology, of which the studying object is defined as the project information for risk management broadly, not only hopes to ensure the quality of the information for decision-making through the study of the information management of project risk under the ecological thinking, finally, build the project stakeholders (information people), project information (information), project information environment (information environment), and the interaction of information ecological management of project risk as a core research achievement; but also emphasizes on studying on management mode building, operation and evolution mechanism to enhance the science and innovation of the project information management, from sociology, information science, management point of view. The reduction of the uncertainty of project information to a large extent, and then avoids or reduces losses, making efforts to tap the opportunities inherent in the information, thus help to improve the information management level in the research field.From the logical structure, first, this paper demonstrates the necessity of information ecology applied in the information management of project risk, through analysis on the relationship between information management on project risk and information ecology. At the same time, it determines the study logic of the eco-management of project information, by study on the aspects of information flow in traditional project risk, information management requirements in project risk under the ecological thinking and so on.Second, it carries out a theoretical analysis on the three points of information management of project risk from the ecological point of view.Third, as the example of "online monitoring system of urban drainage projects", it carries out an in-depth analysis on the structural model of the typical information management of project risk, by AMOS modeling tools. Finally, it builds up the eco-management information model of project risk, taking the project stakeholders, project information, project information environment as the three core elements. It also carries out an all-round analysis from the aspects of features of integrated framework, mode of action, evolutionary mechanism and so on. Project stakeholders’ information ecosystem increasingly improve the maturity of the project information environment, by running information management mechanism of project risk, based on information database, and eventually overcome the generation of project risk from the source, investigates on ecological information management strategy of effective risk-based prevention from the aspect of information management.
