In the Web2.0times, the network information displays diverse characteristics. the Internet brings people a great deal of freedom of expression, everyone can edit information through the media, and "move" the crisis to the Internet, attracting the attention of Internet users, then form the online public crisis, also can release some negative comments in network space, causing users to click, review, comment, etc., Forming strong public pressure, which in turn forms the cyberspace public crisis. This article selects Web2.0era of network public crisis as the research object, from the time dimension analysis of network public crisis life cycle, from the spatial dimension to analyze its spread mechanism, which concludes that the development of network public crisis evolution model, and then select "guo meimei wealth lead to the Red Cross society of China trust crisis" as an example, in-depth analysis of crisis events, finally standing on the ground of government departments discusses the strategy of government’s response to network crisis.
