For the tax department, the tax collection archives management is a very important work. They have to deal with a lot of taxation, to sort a large amount of paper files and data etc., in order to effectively utilize tax collection and management information and data, to increase the efficiency of collection and management, they need a software system to assists management. In this article, combined the tax information construction and the practicality of tax collection and management, have studied the design and implementation of tax archives management system for the State Administration Taxation Kelamay Municipal Office.During design and implementation, the.NET technologies were adopted and combined with function of Oracle database system, B/S structure model and a complete development platform was built with good runtime environment. Through the use of the Crystal reports, achieved the function of providing statistic reports according to time period and business type, printed out the summary of Statistical results, compound condition queries and fuzzy queries for e-record of all kind of business etc.The system can be docked with the existing core collection and management system and has implemented real-time data exchange between the tax collection and management system and electronic archives management system, to ensure data consistency, all kinds of tax collection recorders file up in time, preservation and management, effectively prevent data loss.After specific coding and system testing, we have implemented the features of the system as a whole and put into use. Justified in actual running process, tax collection record management system is good and stable. Through implementation of the system, the informatization intensification and intelligentialize of archives management of tax collection and management can be promoted effectively.
