Compared to the development of element education “Curriculum Reform”,higher education seems to do nothing for curriculum system and instruction content.As a kind of though, the speed of reform in higher education slower than elementaryeducation. So the graduate is difficult to adapt to the requirements of primary andmiddle school for novice teachers.This research is based on the contradiction that the requirements for teachershave increased in recent years but our graduates are difficult to reach theexpectations from elementary and secondary school. Since the contradiction at thebeginning of occupation rather than post stage, we should pay attention to theteaching program during the undergraduate. It’s also the fresh opinion that providessome suggestions for Normal Students to improve their techniques and competencesand offers some ideas to promote the development of teacher education reform.This study takes the teaching program as investigated subject. Firstly, the authorcan know much about teaching program and curriculum setting of Computer Scienceand Technology Major (Normal) in our country by literature review. At the same time,proposed assumes and approaches. Secondly, analyze shortages and problems in ourteaching program by questionnaires and interviews and grasp requirements fromelementary and secondary school for improving teaching program through contentanalysis. Thirdly, compare teaching program of SHNU with others to locate questionsand find solutions. Finally, propose a series of strategies and suggestions toimproving teaching program, such as differentiated training goal, modularitycurriculum system and instruction optimized.The result of this paper consist of three parts. Firstly, requirements of IT teacherfrom elementary and secondary school are rising continuously. They not only graspprofessional knowledge and instruction skills, but also master network management,system maintenance and programing.While, many disparities between teachingprogram and practical needs. The chapters that address this component are Chapter4. Secondly, teaching objectives of SHNU teaching program are too idealistic, and moreover, course structure is not clear enough. A shortage of us is combination ofcourses and training goal, especially the curriculum of teacher education. Thechapters that address this component are Chapter5. Thirdly, the training goal shoulebe more realistic rather than idealistic. We can try “2+X” model and reform part ofthe professional courses to make up for the lack of teacher education courses. Thechapter that addresses that is Chapter6.The original viewpoint of this study is follow the development of the basiceducation curriculum reform, based on the fact that demands of IT teacher areincreasing continually. Through a series of statistical analysis, interviews, surveys,questionnaires and qualitative analysis to comprehend the distance between ourtraining goals and expectations from basic education.
