Network Monitoring For The Running Environment Of Satellite Communication Equipment

The equipment room environment has great influence on satellite communication equipments. A good environment will increase the stability, reduce faults and extend the service life of equipments. Satellite communication equipments are varied, including high frequency circuit device, high-tension, high-frequency and high-power transmitting equipments, power automatic switching cabinet, server, switchboard and accessories. The patrolling workload is great for the running environment is complicated and environmental parameters are needed to be paid more attention. Our subject is aimed at realizing remote real-time monitoring for the environment of satellite communication equipments, ensuring the normal operation of equipments, accumulating maintaining parameters and reducing the workload of patrolling. Including:Firstly, technical requirements of information collecting and transmitting are analyzed in the paper; the necessity of information collecting and function modules for realizing information collecting is described; Methods of information transmitting are introduced.Secondly, function realizing and interface display are designed in the paper, and technical requirements are introduced, too. The host computer system based on LAN is set up and realizing of network monitoring is introduced for the running environment of Satellite communication equipment.Thirdly, trial running of the system was introduced in the paper. Recording data is summarized and analyzed to understand the real-time running environment. The running environment is improved by adjusting. Functions of the system are improved by alarming and fault test.Finally, we summarize the main work and display the future works:realizing capacity expansion based on the system, adding more environmental parameters and accessories to monitoring system.
