| Considering the constitution and the development trend of telecommunications service, IPTV service is one of the most potential services in video service and also one of the paramount points of profit growth. First of all, IPTV service is analyzed and introduced in detail, including features of IPTV service, IPTV service platform, operating mode of IPTV, requirements of bearer network in IPTV service, network architecture of IPTV, requirements of QoS layout in IPTV network, requiremenst of reliability as well as requirements of security. Secondly, based on the construction of IPTV service in Ji’nan Unicom, the IP MAN is analyzed, and the network architecture and network service is studied. Through analysis, the drawbacks existing in IPTV service such as network architecture, bearing mode and so on are pointed out, and then improving approaches are proposed. Meanwhile, through estimating and analyzing the IP MAN of Ji’nan Unicom, the bandwidth needing to expand and to build up in the future is pointed out. Finally, techniques of IPTV service deployed in the network is studied, including deployment of QoS. choice of certification mode, deployment of multicast service, the principle of VLAN allocation, and so on. These techniques can guarantee the effective deployment of IPTV service in ready-made networks, and could be commercially viable. It is proved that the proposed methods in this thesis are feasible in practice. |
