The thesis studies the content is high precision laser power standard instruments and value source, transmission method. Trap type transfer standard used for cryogenic radiometer to from laser power base quasi laser radiation power value transfer, mainly including trap detector, preamplifier, modulation chopper and its driving power, DMMS, IEE488data bus and computer data acquisition and processing system. Trap type transfer standard is the project’s core, laser light source output laser, through modulation chopper after input standard detector, detector receiving laser radiation and the optical signal conversion photocurrent, preamplifier realize amplification and I/V conversion, the computer via IEE488data bus control digital multimeter and fast measurement peak response voltage, and storage real-time voltage measurement results, communication the measured results of the output to the computer, the computer after data processing, access to laser absolute radiation power measurement results. To solve the laser in the detector photosensitive surface saturation effect and damage; Using sequential chopper, real-time superposition method, developed laser radiation power range expansion and response sensitivity linear measurement system, solved the transmission standard of high accuracy calibration problem. For a single wavelength low power0.5mW the following laser, with cryogenic radiometer and transfer standard alternate comparing the measurement, according to the cryogenic radiometer measurement results, to get the transfer standard laser absolute radiation power response sensitivity. In the laser power range expansion and response sensitivity linear measurement system, with the continuous laser and pulse laser were input transfer standard, comparing the measurement, and gives the transmission standard response sensitivity correction coefficient; From the low power0.5mW to100mW gradually increasing laser power, transfer standard response sensitivity correction coefficient measurement, and the response sensitivity for correction step by step, and gives the laser absolute radiation power response sensitivity curve.
