The article is main introduced the research of the high power semiconductor pump laser power supply. As usually, laser power supply is made up of four parts: the former circuit, behind circuit, control circuit and protect circuit. This article has analyzed and designed around the four parts.At first, introduced the developed survey and research production of the world recently, then analyze the special request of the semiconductor pump laser source, expound the main parts of the power supply, analyze the different circuit's characteristic, input and output waveform.In the part of control, we select TPS320F2812 as master control units, use optimize PWM modulate arithmetic, then modeling the PWM waveform to a nonlinearity exceed equation change to linearity equation by Walsh function transform, it can increase the calculate speed in the online controlling. The arithmetic can restrain the output waveform's harmonic, and changed the designed modes that select the PWM units to control the switch factor, changed the tradition design method depend on the filter's circuit to control the output waveform's harmonic amplitude and phase.In the part of protective circuit, increase some other protect design in the base of the tradition power supply's protect circuit, such as no-load protection and water flow protection.In the part of the whole instrument measurement, according to the condition of the laboratory and international measure standard, we measured some important parameter, and acquired some measured data and waveforms.
