Design And Application Of Large Key Equipment Refinement Management System

Refinement of management is the process of planning, organizing, controlling and coordinating for various activities of enterprises, the core is "people-oriented", the goal is to maximize the benefits of enterprise ultimately by" refinement, humanization, institutionalized" management. In the21st century, refinement of management, as a scientific and efficient management method, is an important means for enterprise to get sustained and rapid development in the fierce competition, and it’s also an inevitable trend of management and development for modern enterprises. How to obtain accurate high-speed information and exchange timely information has become urgent need of development and management for individuals, enterprises and even national.There are some problems about regular inspection of a large-scale equipment in some unit,such as non-standard process, imperfect stored of historical data, unreasonable failure analysis, and uncertain personnel responsibilities, imperfect systematic and standardized of efficient construction, so it is urgent need to introduce an effective management methods and software systems to change this situation by seizing the executive standards into the actual work, and implementing the refinement of management. In order to achieve the objective of normative responsibilities, reduce costs and fees, improve efficiency and benefits, we are full use of human, material, financial and other resources of some unit, and apply information science and technology, grasp the key details of the system,, strengthen collaboration, improve the execution of regular inspection in some unit. Therefore, it’s necessary to introduce the refinement of management for some unit, and there are very important and have great practical significance.In this paper, based on following situation of some unit such as complex maintenance process of the regular inspection, involving many inspects, and when we use the traditional approach to manage, the work is not only a large quantity but also error-prone, so we use the ideas and methods of refinement management, implement information technology, analyze and resolve some key technologies such as security issues and engine of workflow, integrate business processes and the detailed design, exploit workflow engine, construct refinement management information systems and implement successfully. The application results show that the design and development of the system has indeed improved the efficiency and management quality, and has standardized management.
