Design And Implementation Of Network Public Opinion Monitoring System Based On Crawler And Text Mining

With the advancement of Internet technology and the emergence of various social networking platforms,it is more and more convenient for people to participate in discussions and express their views.In recent years,the Internet public opinion formed by online speech has gradually evolved into a key part of various public opinions that cannot be ignored.Due to the rapid spread and evolution of public opinion on the Internet,if no timely measures are taken for negative public opinion,its social consequences will be difficult to control.Internet public opinion is playing an increasingly important role in maintaining people's living order and maintaining social stability.Certain network emergencies have gradually made the public realize that the Internet plays a prominent role in social governance.How to monitor public opinion in real time and deal with it in a timely manner is particularly important.Based on this,this paper implements a network public opinion monitoring system based on crawlers and text mining.Customize collection of Weibo data through web crawlers,analysis of public opinion data through text mining technology,and then build a system through C # and link with Python for data processing and algorithm analysis.This system implements functions such as public opinion data management,automatic text summary,similar public opinion retrieval,statistical chart analysis,public opinion report management,public opinion early warning,and real-time public opinion screen.Tests show that this system can efficiently collect,manage,and analyze public opinion data,identify early warning information in time,and conduct early warning by email.The thesis first analyzes the research background and significance of the system,and expounds the current research situation of public opinion system and the related crawler technology and hot word extraction algorithms needed for system implementation.Then researched and analyzed the system requirements,designed and implemented the system according to the requirements and business logic.Finally,system tests were implemented through security tests,business tests,and compatibility tests to determine whether the system met expectations.The design and implementation of this system has greatly improved the efficiency of public opinion monitoring of the public security departments on the network.It can timely find the online public opinion caused by network emergencies,locate the focus of public opinion quickly and trace the source of their dissemination.There for,it can assist relevant departments to make decisions and formulate practical and effective measures to spread positive social energy,build a good network environment,and promote governance of cyberspace,so as to avoid the negative social impact caused by the flood of negative public opinion.
