Internet Public Opinion Mining Technology Research, And Perspectives

The new century, information technology is profoundly impact on individuals and the organization's communication style and relationships. Internet media has become one of the major carriers to reflect public opinion. The rise of public opinion through network has tremendous impact on the community, which formed quickly, and has wide range of information sources. In recent years, ever time after an emergency occur in the world are immediately aroused strong repercussions on the network media and a high degree of public concern. The developing of information technology, especially the emergence of computer networks, and the rapid increase of social complexity, which make the contemporary social sciences, management and information sciences have been unable to cope with the challenges from the complex dynamics of modern network society. Government also attaches great importance to the management of network public opinion, and equipped with specialized agencies for the regular collection, collation, analysis of network public opinion, which is an important channel to gauge public opinion, formulate policies and adopt measures to solve problems. However, network as a sharp "double-edged sword" not only provide a convenient way in information exchange, but also constitutes serious threat to the country's political and cultural security.To solve the above problems, this article combine text mining and opinion mining to design a hot event discover and public opinion mining system. The system has good application value in real-time events founding. Research content mainly includes the public opinion topic founding, hotspots WEB events detecting, and public opinion mining and so on. The most important innovations are: analysis of public opinion in the different analytical methods compare to the current system. Existing methods are based on content-based text mining technology, ignoring the content's inter-relationship between the publishers.The project based public opinion mining to analysis of the Internet public opinion, not only concerned about the content of information, more importantly, this system concerned about public opinion on the hot trend of events. Through the above-mentioned research and application, this article designed and implemented a public opinion collection system. The experimental results illustrate that this system achieved a reasonable public opinion collect result accurately and efficiently.
