Web Public Opinion Point Of View, Tap The Key Technologies

Now the social and the Internet environment is more and more complicated .In this situation, the Cyberspace public opinion has already caused important influence on people who are surfing on the Internet .The Cyberspace public opinion is different from the traditional one ,In regard to the Cyberspace public opinion, there occurrence range is wide ,spreading speed is high ,and their eruption spot are difficult to be detected and controlled ,All above situation proved that: it is more important to effectively detect and control the Cyberspace public opinion.Recent years, opining mining research is very active. It is belong to the scope of natural language analysis. Its main purpose is to classify a document into negative or positive based on the content text. In this issue, we analysis the characteristics of the Cyberspace pubic opinion base on the theories of the opining mining. And design a corresponding system. The contributions of the dissertation are as follows:1) Presents a new method of detecting the hot topic based on extraction of hot word item.2) Presents a new method for analysis the public opinion based on Emotion analysis.In this dissertation, we analysis the Cyberspace pubic opinion based on the Internet users comments from the mainstream of the forum and designed a corresponding system. The experiment indicates that the accuracy rate reaches a higher degree. This system not only can find the internet users` opinion for hot topic, but also can analyse affective tendency.
