Deep Space detection is one of activities that attended in the21st century.And along with the detection range growing, how to ensure the deep spacecommunication system effective between the earth becomes more and morechallenging problems. And the transmission distance in deep spacecommunication is very far. And the direct influence is very hard and transmissiondelay is increased. Huge communication transmission delay and the characteristicof link interrupt make the traditional feedback retransmission efficiency is verylow, which seriously affected the communication efficiency. Therefore,developing more efficient communication solutions becomes inevitable.In face of the difficulties, building the actual deep space communicationnetwork which is to test deep space communication scheme. Domestic andinternational research institutions are trying to develop their own simulationsystems. Now, there isn’t real deep space detection in our country. Along with thesecond lunar exploration phase of the project a complete successfully, andstarting of the third phase of lunar exploration engineering and Mars detection,communication schemes are without real test, and they can only be theoreticalarguments and simulation experiment only in our country. Along with thedevelopment of computer simulation and the science, many companies haddeveloped more powerful communication simulation tools all over the world.With using in deep space communication, there are many drawbacks: first of all,they are difficult to set up the scenes of simulation for the deep spacecommunication; Secondly, in the simulation tool, they are not good at producingthe deep space environment characteristics; Moreover, in deep space detectionone of the purpose is to translate the detector of detection data back to earth. Butmajor of the simulation tools translate the feature data packet only. So that thereare many problems witch can’t really match with conditions in the real deep spacecommunication system.Therefore, we need to develop a set to ensure that these deep spacecommunication environment characteristics can real-time cover to the wholesimulation communication process. And ensure the authenticity, the credibilityand reliability of the simulation system. At the same time, the system is made upof multiple subsystem composition. To making the system has good performance,it must ensure that each subsystem mutual communication.In this paper, it explains from theoretical arguments and practicaldevelopment. And finally realize it with C++based on HLA. And it introduces witch factors lead to communication difficult in deep space communicationsystem and analyst the quantitative, in second chapter. With introducing thedevelopment process of HLA, it briefly introduces the services of HLA system. Itcompleted the design of the simulation federal members in the third chapter. Atthe same time, according to the needs of the simulation system, it had increasedthe deep-space-environment-federation and the data-acquisition-federation. Andit descript of the simulation system of member of the commonwealth datainteraction process and mode. Using delay NAK type CFDP it verified the systemin the fourth chapter. And the CFDP protocol is realized by using C++. Itprovides a reliable guarantee, by using the simulation system.
