With the development of the information warfare and the increasing improvement of the space's strategic status, the space will become a war field the same as the land, the ocean and the air. It is urgent for us to do some research on space operations. As no space war will occurs now, the systematic simulation is the only way to study them.First of all, the simulation objects, database and software standardization for the space operation are discussed based on the requirement analysis of it. With the object oriented method, the distributed simulation software for space operation is established, whose management and control system are designed and implemented later. Then, a general model framework for space combat forces is designed, according to their concept and features. Furthermore, the management and control function of the software are introduced simply, after the analysis of its system's structure. In the end, the integrative analysis of this simulation system is made with both verification > validation and accreditation and effectiveness assessment.The application of our results in the project that is about the task simulation for a sub-orbit spacecraft is successful, and reaches our expectations.
