In the IT era, the traditional communication system by the communicationsequipment has been difficult to meet the requirements for rapid deployment ofnetwork, device monitoring and device management. According to business needs ofthe communication system of the important sectors of the national economy, the websystem of vhf devices and B/S structure combining the use of existing Webprotocols, SNMP protocol, parameters filling agreement, parameters planningagreement on the formation of a distributed network of vhf management systems.Firstly, the main content of this system is network parameter config andmonitoring, it implementated the network planning, parameters filling, filemanagement, distribution parameters, network infomation maintenance, networkmonitoring and management. The network planning functions to the new user,import, preservation planning documents, planning parameters to be edited, readyfor rapid deployment of the system equipment. Filling parameters by parameterfilling protocol identification device ID, set the TOD parameter, check version, clearparameters, filling parameters for planning parameters into the radio station. Filemanagement functions to achieve the parameter file deletion and recovery, help theuser management parameters of planning documents, to view the file information,send files and edit files. Parameter distribution function through the data packageand unpack data packets to the sending and receiving of data in a distributedenvironment. Network topology maintenance through periodic, active and passiveare three ways to nodes in the distributed narrowband environment informationstorage and updating of the network management server. Network information onthe regulatory functions of the Set method of the SNMP protocol, the Get method toachieve the management and monitoring of communications equipment, to achieveregulatory objectives.Secondly, network parameter config and monitoring subsystem in strictaccordance with the B/S model, the system is divided into presentation layer,business layer, data layer. Presentation layer using HTML agreement to display thedata, using the HTTP protocol to communicate with business layer. The businesslayer contains Servlet class, Interface class, Implementation class and Object class,the Servelt class in business layer communicate with presentation layer and call themethod in other types of business class, the Implementation class communicate datawith data layer by parameter filling protocol, SNMP protocol interface calls. Thedata layer implement the communication with database system and radio, providedthe method of operation of the database, SNMP operations of the radio, filling the radio parameters.Finally, network parameter config and monitoring subsystems through unittesting and integration testing and achieve the user’s network planning andmonitoring goals. It has a better system scalability, and has laid a good foundationfor expansion of existing services and other types of communications equipment ofthe system.
