In the electronics industry, with the rapid development of electronic technology, and consumers’ needs of product diversification and individuation increasing, theelectronic product life cycle become shorter and shorter. electronic product upgradesaccelerated constantly, consumption area emerged out a lot of returns, awaiting repairproducts and electronic waste. In order to improve service levels, reduce the productafter sales maintenance costs, the electronics companies carry out a wide range ofreverse logistics activities, and the retrograde logistics network is one of the keyaspects of the reverse logistics activities. Operating costs and logistics service level aretwo key objectives of the logistics system, and the relationship between them wasinterests against, the construction process of reverse logistics network required tocoordinate the relationship, look for a balance, to make the logistics system ’s wholebenefits best.Based on the domestic and overseas study of the reverse logistics network, thispaper analysis the advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of reverse logisticsnetwork, study the activity of electronic products’ reverse logistics, designes theindependent reverse logistics network, as well as reverse logistics network integratedwith forward logistics. And on the basis of a balance of cost and service, it constructesdouble objective mixed integer linear programming (MILP) model to determine theamount and location of logistics facilities and the logistics quantity between logisticsfacilities. Dual objective function model generally have an infinite number of effectivesolutions, it is difficult to find an optimum solution, so we design a heuristic algorithmto solve the model. Finally, using Lingo8.0software programming to solve twoexamples respectively and verify the validity and rationality of the model.
