With the development of Socio-economic, China’s automobile industry has beendeveloped rapidly, until the end of2013car ownership had been to137million, while in2013China car sales of21,984,000, an increase of13.9%over sales in2012.Although therecovery of scrap cars at present China is only about3%is far below the6to8percent ofthe United States and Japan and other developed countries, but with Chinese environmentallaws and scrap cars relevant laws and regulations is improved, scrapped cars will tend toformalize, so scrap automotive industry requires a relatively complete reverse logisticsnetwork. Robust reverse logistics network can to minimize the cost of scrap car recycling, dismantling, re-manufacturing and re-manufacture and sale of products to provide strongsupport. This paper integrated the dismantling recycling center site issues, recycle pathoptimization and dismantling recycling center inventory strategy selection issues,to form ascrap car recycling reverse logistics system LRIP (Location-Routing-Inventory Problem). This paper first discusses the domestic and international research on reverse logisticsand scrap car recycling network, and then analyze the scrap car recycling reverse logisticsnetwork system characteristics, structure type, system configuration and operating mode.Second, on the basis of previous studies made of scrap car recycling LRIP. LRIP areNP-hard problem, we mention saving algorithm using a combination of genetic algorithmsand heuristic algorithm to solve it. Third, scrap car recycling LRIP problem to be solved amathematical model, and build a simulation model based on a structured approach tooptimize the conceptual model, and based on the conceptual model and ExtendSimsoftware to establish a simulation optimization models. Finally, a car factory in the provinceof recycling logistics system built to verify the feasibility of the simulation and optimizationmodels, and then describes the ExtendSim based scrap car recycling reverse logisticssystem simulation to solve stochastic optimization model in recovery, random vehicletransportation time conditions LRIP dynamic reverse logistics system effectiveness.
