Bundy tube is the most popular kind of tube used in Car brake line, the products qualityrelation to vehicle safety performance. Due to the interference of artificial human factorsexist in the process of testing and low production efficiency, that restricted improvementof the production efficiency and product quality of bundy tube manufacturers. Meanwhile,as the development of international standardization of quality detection, the productrelated to modern automobile industry requirement of quality testing automation.Therefore, bundy tube design and manufacture of automated test equipment can improvethe efficiency and accuracy of bundy tube detection, this also is a modern auto industrydevelopment needs.This paper based on enterprise horizontal topic, according to a factory to bundy tube tothe specific requirements of the testing machine, with reference to the general principles ofmechanical design,the design of the bundy tube testing machine the machine mechanicalmechanism, and draw the mechanical engineering drawing, based on test processrequirements, design electric control part of the testing machine, and the specific wiringdiagram of the control system is given, and at the scene of the production to complete theinstallation and debugging of the equipment.Equipment test results show that the design of the testing machine can quickly andaccurately finish bundy tubes quality inspection work,this had reached the designrequirements.
