On a global scale, cardiovascular disease has become a hazard to human health andcauses one of the most serious diseases of death, a serious threat to human life and health.Making accurate and timely and effective judgment of cardiovascular-related parametersand taking effective measures can largely reduce the morbidity of cardiovascular disease.Both Chinese traditional pulse diagnosis and modern medicine for cardiovascular disease,fully explain human pulse wave, especially the close relationship between pulse wave andcardiovascular. Pulse signals contain much cardiovascular parameters information,detecting the pulse wave to keep abreast of the status of human health for cardiovascular.According to the nonlinear, non-stationary and vulnerable to interferencecharacteristics of pressure pulse wave signal, design the pressure pulse wave signalacquisition system with STM8S processor in a highly integrated PVDF sensorcombination, which supplemented with voltage adjustment, signal filtering anddigital-analog conversion. The upper computer software in the environment of VB6.0design a kind of software which has friendly interface and it can achieve pulse waveacquisition and real-time dynamic displaying and data storage and making a preliminarydiagnosis. Among them, the pressure pulse wave signal process, extract and analyze oftime domain of20%wave pulse width ratio of pulse wave and K value, and in the timefrequency domain, using Hilbert-Huang transform, empirical mode decomposition of thepressure pulse wave signal, after business energy normalized signal decomposition of themodal components to the modal energy business. Signal processing method Selected inthis article can be simply and efficiently extract a characteristic value from the pulse wave.The parameters of pressure pulse wave signal, the practical application of the K valuehas been demonstrated, and this paper takes20%width ratio of main wave pulse, modalenergy business with K characteristics of arteriosclerosis in patients with the normalyoung people valued and calculated in comparison. The experimental results show that,with1as the boundary energy business point, combined with the characteristic in the timedomain in a certain extent differences can be judged the degree of arteriosclerosis, and there is a certain effective diagnosis for cardiovascular diseases.
