Currently, the incidence of acute cardiovascular disease is increasing fast. However, the existing monitoring and rescue method have many deficiencies, these will inevitably cause delay in the rescue, so the cure rate is lower. Western country has already had products and services which achieve online monitoring at home or community. The key points of this technique are how to transport ECG, heart sounds, pulse and other data in real-time in daily activities and provide continuous online analysis. This paper uses ECG and pulse signals to research the monitoring, analysis and forecasting of coronary heart disease and hypertension. Although the etiology of coronary heart disease has not yet entirely clear, but one major factor is hypertension. Among the complications of hypertension, coronary heart disease leads to the high sudden death rate. Through the stages of coronary heart disease know that in early coronary artery disease can be reversed, and avoid myocardial infarction or other organs lesions. Therefore, if detected early and treated early, can greatly reduce the death rate.Firstly, this paper summarizes the monitoring technique of ECG and pulse signals. Then it introduces the related theory of nonlinear signal analysis and prediction analysis. On this basis, using wavelet, time-frequency analysis and et cetera to extract feature points of ECG and radial artery wave, summarize the related predictors of heart disease and hypertension, and discuss evaluation and analysis of acute disease prediction problems in detail. The starting point is to warn early when acute diseases occurred by ECG, heart sounds, arterial and venous signals. For ECG, this paper uses an improved wavelet modulus max algorithm to locate the QRS group. QRS location accuracy is important, because localization of other characteristic waves, such as P and T wave is based on QRS. The algorithm used in this paper can find QRS exactly. On that basis, the paper tries to locate P and T wave, and achieves certain effects. Moreover, this paper uses the second heart sound to locate the point'e', according to cardiac cycle theory. This article also explores the differences between hypertension and normal signals in time-frequency analysis. It combined with venous signal to research the condition of heart failure. In the end, this paper gives a design to monitor and predict disease of cardiovascular system through internet.
