IEEE802.15.4is a standard introduced for low-rate wireless Personal area networks underthe demand of low-date application. Although IEEE802.15.4is one of the best standards for thePresent wireless sensor networks, IEEE802.15.4protocol Provides international standards forcommunication between nodes for WSNs, which has low rate, low cost, low power, high qualityfeatures. it still needs further researches and optimizations to greatly meet the requests ofwireless sensor networks. The current study focuses on networking, performance evaluation, andpower control.IEEE802.15.4agreement, a comprehensive introduction to the background of the agreementand network composition, focuses on its MAC layer protocol analysis.(GTS) allocationmechanism for the security slot the IEEE802.15.4protocol to provide protection transmissionGTS scheduling mechanism is described in detail. Through the network calculus principle of theGTS delay boundary problem, speed-latency service curve and delay boundaries definedformula. Based on first-come and first-served allocation strategy of the GTS in the originalagreement, the paper puts forward a GTS allocation mechanism about the weighted algorithmand polling mechanism. New mechanisms for coordination (PAN) will need to send the data onthe device joining the GTS polling list, the coordinator in accordance with the weight of thedevice to arrange the GTS bandwidth usage of each device, so as to achieve the purpose ofreducing latency and improve bandwidth utilization. Finally, use OMNET++simulation tool for modeling and analysis IEEE802.15.4protocoland the improved protocol, through its services utilization, delay, energy consumption simulationanalysis, we obtained that GTS allocation mechanism based on the the weighted pollingmechanism is effective for improving the utilization of services, reducing delays and reducingenergy consumption is valid.
