| With the development of remote data reading and transferring technology, wireless communication technology especially the GPRS gradually be used widely. Compared with GPRS,CDMA 2000-1X is in advantage of more frequency resources, higher system security level, higher transfer speed and so on. Therefore, the method of data communication based on CDMA2000-1X will be more application foreground for wireless data reading and transferring system. To realize network control, informationization and enhance electric service and administration , it's a better way for electric power department to introduce remote data reading and transferring technology based on CDMA2000-1X. In addition, integrated the function of image monitory system, it will certainly improve the real time control for electric power environment and system security.To perfect the transferring system for electric power data and monitor image, it needs a maturity data query mechanism. By adding additional function to software in the front-end processor, electric power department realize the image storage, query effectively like electric power data. By improving on database query quality using dynamic webpage technology JSP, the web server provides better services for clients. By researching the load balance technology for web server cluster, we improve on the attempering algorithm for dynamic feedback load balance strategy and prove it in a way of simulation.The paper is under the large background of data transferring and electric administration system in electric power department. With the research of CDMA 2000-1X packet data operation, JSP develop technology and load balance technology, it makes the electric power administration system more effective and mature. |
