With the rapid development of modern technology, SCM has been more and morewidely in various fields of application. Intelligent control of one of the importantapplications as the computer, the development of today’s society played a significant role inpromoting. Making machine to use intelligent control system, not only can greatly improvethe automation level of control, but also improve the timeliness and accuracy of control, soas to improve working conditions, improve product quality and the passing rate.The object of the research is based on single chip making machine intelligent controlsystem. Making an overview of SCM-based Intelligent Control System of the workingprinciple of the system architecture and hardware. System mainly consists of optical probesection, computer parts and electrical control treatment. Laser diode as the optical sensorlight source, single chip processing mainly discusses the achievement of hardware andsoftware, and gives the program flow chart. Complete with high and low voltage solid staterelay isolation, correction by variable frequency motor drive fuzzy control. Dead setsignificantly reduced noise, and significantly improve efficiency and save energy.The design of this issue is the use of fuzzy control technology making machineintelligent control system for precise control. Firstly, the optical system into focus on thepositioning mark line imaging, the imaging device to provide light to the optical signal;optoelectronic devices to optical signal received and converted to analog signals by A/Dconverter generates a binary digital post, read by the MCU after rate of change of the valueof combining the fuzzy processing, the final issue of speed forward, backward, turn left,turn right and open the command, shutdown command, to control the movement and speedbag packaging offset, so that bag package properly carried out accurately. By fuzzy control,to better ensure the processing speed and quality, and improve labor productivity.The subject of research objectives:Design correction speed, high precision and good stability control system intelligentbag.1. System, high stability, high anti-interference;2. Can be adapted to high-speed processing, can greatly improve work efficiency;3. Has higher correction precision, correction accuracy up to±1%;4. System uses variable speed correction can focus on the actual work of processing materials for appropriate adjustments;5. Upgrading easy, low-cost.This system can offer excellent solution project for color printing and making bagsby cutting industry. It can greatly increase the labor rate of production and improve productquality.
