Traditional control systems point-to-point communication model has been sucessfully applied in industry for decades,however,with expansion of physical equipments and system functions,point-to-point communication mode of signal transmission in control system has reached the limit of its application.While,the network system has an universal bus structure, data transfer and switch between sensor and controller,controller and actuator through the network, demonstrates the advantages of complete architecture,distributed operating mode,independent and better communication interconnection, great savings in wiring and signal reliability.This kind of feedback control system,wherein the control loop is closed via the communication network is called networked control system(NCS).At the same time,the network introduced to the control system will induce several problems that can not be avoided,of which,the existence of time delay will deteriorate the performance of the system,worse more,it will make the system not stable.Therefore,the time delay is one of the most concerned issues in networked control system.The main works and outcomes of this thesis are as follows:(1)The background and the status of the networked control system are briefly introduced;the basic problems brought by the introduction of communication network are illustrated;the time delay problem is mostly discussed,including the main composition of network delay and its characteristics in different control network(time-invariant or time-varying,determined or random);the background,development and basic principles of predictive control and fuzzy control are also introduced. (2)Error prediction in building the system model based on fuzzy inference is proposed to the time delay of the networked control system;the control variable is composed of two parts:generalized predictive control variable and fuzzy control variable.(3)The TrueTime Toolbox is introduced;a networked control system platform is established based on TrueTime;traditional GPC algorithm and the proposed algorithm are simulated respectively;the simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
