With the development of modern science and technology, in order to get more accurate to the desired signal, filter has become all types of electronic circuit is the indispensable important component, in the integrated circuit as a strategical fundamental industry era, based on passive RLC ladder filter circuit due to the presence of the inductance element and is not conducive to the integration, and based on OA and CCCII OTA filter circuit emerge as the times require, gradually filling occupied dominant position.This paper mainly studies with CCCII as the basic module of the filter and oscillator design, the circuit is simple, can achieve the desired multiple filtering function, easy integration, the module of which is of great theoretical and practical significance.This paper first introduces the current conveyors and the history of the development of advantage, and then systematically introduces their internal structures, then, in reference to the large amount on the basis of the relevant literature, puts forward two relevant current conveyor two order multi function filter circuit, can according to the expected theoretical analyses are done for low-pass, band-pass, high-pass a variety of filter function, because of the use of passive components, less ground and is convenient for integration. In the circuit PSPICE simulation, the simulation analysis results and the theoretical analysis before consistent, indicating that the circuit is feasible. Finally, in the MOCCCII and OTA basis, design of two high order filter circuit and a three oscillation circuit, through the PSPICE simulation, further explains that the circuit is feasible, at the same time circuit in the passive components are ground, easy integration.
