Electric Power Enterprise enterprises have a huge amount of assets, equipment, staff and users, and there are many kinds of internal businesses. In addition, the requirement of collaboration among departments is very high, and the information content is significant, which interact with each other frequently. Therefore, efficient operation of enterprises depends on the information being comprehensive, accurate, timely and consistent. Informationize brings a large number of electronic documents and data to the power companies. How to efficient manage and secure sharing of these information is an improtment problem.Here we put forward a viable solution for the efficient management and security control of power in document management system.This paper analyzes the topic of the research status and background, proposes the problems in the current document management system and set security control and efficient management as a primary design goal.The system carried out a detailed functional and non-functional requirements analysis, in particular,we design a special security access control model, integration RBAC, which provides a flexible role-based authorization, and MAC, which controls the flow of imformation to achieve document access security. Inorder to facilitate user authorization and system management, we design resource security groups and security account to classify system resource. In addition, the document description properties in users’processes of creating and uploading documents, which is also called metadata information, is provided customized function for user-friendly search, including customizing document property with integer, date, and string type. In this paper, the secure document management system based on B/S mode is proposed, and system design, implementation and final testing work are analyzed in detail. Finally, there are a summary and outlook of this article.
