With the growing demand for convenient life and the cryptography technology to be mature, the traditional business model can’t constantly meet people’s more and more demand. It stands a good chance of changing the way of voting from paper into electronic with the emergence of the Internet. Electronic voting saves a lot of labor power and material resources. Meanwhile, it is faster and more ef-ficient and, also solves the problems that paper ballot cannot solve, such as some uncertainties by human and etc. It not only improves the fairness and certainty, but also avoids some administrations knowing the result earlier and such realistic problems. However, the growing development of electronic voting also makes people have higher requirements:for example, how to realize basic functions based on cryp-tology such as completeness, robustness, secrecy, unreliability, legitimacy, fairness and verification, and how to design high efficient voting means and so on.In this article, based on the design of electronic voting, aiming at deficiency, improve and design an electronic voting. The specific work is as follows:(1)On the basis of the FOO protocol, using cryptology knowledge to solve the problems in the voting where voters abstain from voting, voters want to monitor the ballot, no conclusive evidence for illegal responsibility party, and vote collision. In the paper, we added a random number and supervision mechanism to combine supervision mechanism and counting mechanism. In addition, we distributed the counting right. Through analysing, the plan not only satisfies the basic requirements of electronic voting, but also solves the above problem effectively. Therefore, the plan is more practical.(2)Propose a new receipt-free electronic voting scheme in the foundation of CWW and XZG principles. It uses1-out-of-L encryption evidence, TRR, DVRP, electronic bulletin boards, untappable channel cryptography knowledge, making electronic voting results meet the receipt free, effectively preventing forcing votes and buying and selling votes and other issues in the voting process...
