With the development of the networking technology and modern cryptographic technology, electronic voting has broken the restraint of time and space. It has realized remote voting.Electronic voting programs substituted the human being action during voting. This could cut down the voting cost, and provide more fairness and higher level of safety.Civitas is a safe remote large-scaled e-voting system,it has implemented coercion-resistence and verifiability. The research helped the e-voting to be applied in practice.Civitas does not consider the anonymity change during the whole voting procedure. The disclosure of the number of votes can compromise the voters'anonymity of the electronic voting. We define anonymity using the uncertaincy of the voting choices and measure the anonymity of the whole voting system by entropy. We compare the anonymity after the release of the voting results with that before releasing the voting results. The conclusion shows that the smaller the voting scale is,the more the voters'anonymity loses. In the design of small-scale electronic-votng scheme, releasing the winner instead of the number of votes that candidates gained will decrease the loss of anonymity.By using homomorphic threshold ElGamal encryption and zero-knowledge proof,we proposed a small-scale e-voting scheme. The scheme guaranteed the properties which a voting sheme required, such as voter anonymity,receipt-freeness,verifiability et al.Besides the tally results keep secret the number of votes that each candidate gained while only releasing who is the winner.
