| With the progress of the society and the development of the electronic voting system, it is required some efficient and secure electronic voting schemes to support them since the more and more drawbacks and security problems are appeared in the voting system. Therefore, many researchers focus on designing the secure electronic voting schemes. This thesis focuses on the receipt-freeness and coercion-resistant electronic voting schemes. Our main contributions are as follows.First of all, we analyse the drawbacks and the security problems of the original FOO electronic voting, and propose the novel and receipt-freeness electronic voting scheme via using the serial number and unique identity. The proposed scheme not only satisfies the basic security requirements but also can guarantee the anonymity, the verifiability and receipt-freeness of the ballot. This is able to prevent from buying the ballot efficiently.Secondly, we improve the Huang et al.’s coercion-resistant electronic voting scheme. Comparing with their scheme, the proposed scheme deletes the time stamp and n trusted centers are introduced. Our scheme focuses on receipt-freeness and coercion-resistant. Furthermore, the proposed scheme can keep the coercer from forcing the voter by reducing the dependence of the trusted center. Finally, we design a new coercion-resistant remote electronic voting scheme. The proposed scheme has the nature of receipt-freeness and coercion-resistant. In the voting phase, the privacy of ballot can be protected since we use the two random numbers to generate the vote. It can delete the duplicated and invalid ballots more effectively by using the fixed number. Moreover, the resources in the voting system can be used effectively since we introduce the novel method of updating the user certificates. |
