In the1990s, a new service model-information called Information Commons is popular among American and European universities library. Information Commons provide "one-stop" service platform for readers who can get all kinds of information resources rapidly and accurately. This is a developing trend of library. The individual needs of the readers bring grate challenges in library of university. It emphasizes on the mode of team share learning. In this situation, the new service model comes out what is Learning Commons. Learning Commons is generated by Information Commons. It emphasizes on the interaction between students, focus on study, make fully use of various resources to create a good atmosphere for read learning.This study Based on Learning Commons of A College. It took the process of Learning Commons as a project, constructed system method of LC and divided LC project into four stages:the project starting, the project implementation, the project monitoring and the project evaluation. The article is divided into seven parts. The first part is the introduction, describes the research background, significance and research status; The second part, described the Learning Commons relevant theoretical knowledge, including the composition, construction and formation of the Learning Commons reasons; The third part introduces the College Library as a project management to build the learning Commons on a college building background and a Academy shared space project to start the process; The fourth part describes the a College learning Commons project of the planning process, including project location, task decomposition and schedule controlling:The fifth part focus on the designing and planning, resources, construction, management mechanism and project promotional materials; The sixth part instructed the project evaluation of learning Commons of A College; The seventh part proposed the inadequacies of this article.
