Along with the rapid development of knowledge economy, the secondaryvocational education get more attention of people from all walks of life, secondaryvocational education and people’s livelihood to promote social educationdevelopment and stability play an important role, people began to cognition andattention to the development of secondary vocational teachers’ professional quality,secondary vocational teachers as an integral part of secondary vocational education,the expectation and responsibility more important, the development of the secondaryvocational teachers in recent years has become a hot research topic in manydeveloping countries. In view of the secondary vocational education system and thestatus quo of the secondary vocational school students of all kinds of factors, ourcountry secondary vocational school teachers feel the burden and pressure to increasesignificantly. Heavy teaching tasks will not only directly cause the teachers’ negativeattitude, and will be passed to the other side of the secondary vocational students inthe school, even a huge negative impact on the whole vocational education. Alongwith secondary vocational teachers work stress is aggravating, a secondary vocationalteachers’ professional listless mood will gradually develop to spread and increaseteacher’s negative emotion, it will be greatly conducive to secondary vocationalteachers’ research and the implementation of the teaching task and carry out. Thepurpose of this paper is to study secondary vocational teachers’ relevant factors in therelationship between occupational stress and job burnout, in order to improve thewhole quality of the secondary vocational teachers and management level to providea certain basis and reference.Based on secondary vocational teachers as the research object, this paper takesthe form of questionnaire, the first on the factors of occupational stress and jobburnout of the SPSS correlation analysis between factors, and then to the regressionanalysis to determine the occupational stress factors and job burnout factors mutualinfluence coefficient, and stress and burnout prediction model is established. Adoptsingle factor variance analysis, independent sample test analysis, descriptive analysis commonly used statistical method to investigate status quo of secondary vocationalschool teachers SPSS analysis, USES demographic variables for secondaryvocational school teachers to study the influence of occupational stress and jobburnout, analysis the demographic variables on job stress and job burnout causes ofthe differences, and further explore the quantitative relationship between them, finallyget their relationship model.Through this study on the relationship between the secondary vocationalteachers’ occupational stress and job burnout research get some conclusions:(1) The factors influencing secondary vocational teachers’ occupational stressand job burnout is a multi-dimensional variable;(2) Demographic variables in the teachers’ occupational stress and job burnouton the each dimension of obvious differences;(3) In addition to the factors outside of human relationships, every otherdimension of occupational stress and job burnout of dimension correlation between;Occupational stress of teaching guarantee dimensions for each dimension of jobburnout has significant predictive ability, occupational stress of working load andsystem security of job burnout has a remarkable ability to predict emotionalexhaustion.
