Education Management Education Research Perspective Of Students Develop Behavior

The formation of middle school students’ behavior, is directly related to their abilityto learn, life ability, work ability and their health and development.Therefore,strengthening nurturance education for middle school students behavior, it is importantfor school education management work.This paper analyzes the Q school behavior nurturance education present situation,through the questionnaire survey and case back method, analysis the reasons of theexistence of bad habits. This paper expounds the present status of middle schoolstudents’ behavior From life, work, learning to explain the goal of education andfeasibility of behavior form.Then put forward the strategies of the middle schoolstudents’ behavior education implementation. From the class teacher’s "life coach" role,strengthening ideological moral cultivation education, the school daily management,formation of school, family and social education resultant force to implement actions ofdevelop education. The fourth part mainly to promote the all-round development andhealthy growth of the middle school students, in view of the behaviors of junior middleschool students to develop education for the education management research.
