With the rapid development of higher vocational education,the construction of teaching staff has been an important factor affecting and restricting the quality of higher vocational education.As a crucial part of teachers’ team,young teachers have been shouldering the historical mission of fostering applied technological talents.So how to develop the quality of young vocational teachers has long been a vital issue for education workers to slove with.On the basis of literature research method, questionnaire and interview method, this paper applies empirical study on four typical vocational colleges in Suzhou. Through the research,statics and analysis of young teachers’ fostering and training current situation,this paper finds the existing problems as well as reasons of quality development, and propose the idea of quality development system. There are all together five parts in this paper, the first part is the introduction, describes the research background, research methods and main contents, and elaborates the research significance of improving the quality of higher vocational teachers the second part, raises theoretical basis,and interpretes concepts related to quality development of young teachers the third part, applies an empirical study of young teachers in Suzhou in four higher vocational colleges, points out the main problems and causes of young teachers’fostering and training situation the forth part,introduces the main mode of faculty team contruction of foreign countries, so as to provide reference and enlightenment for our country the fifth part, according to the survey data, raises the concept of qualtiy developmet system of young vocational teachers,elaborates basic principles,ways and organization design of quality development system;the sixth part, propose the corresponding safeguard mechanism to construct the quality development system of young vocational teachers. I hope this paper can provide inspiration and reference for our country’s qulity development work.
