Content:Improve the quality of secondary school language teachers is not only a necessary requirement for teacher professional development, and the need is also affectionate look forward to the new curriculum reform. Secondary school language teacher quality is manifested in language teacher education in secondary language, decided to effect the sum of its teaching and the students have the physical and mental development of a direct and significant impact on the psychological quality. The structure is based on the quality of teachers exists in the form of a structure, namely the structure of high school language teacher quality is the middle school language teachers should possess the quality elements and structure. The new curriculum reform in the process of implementing or specific role of teachers in the adaptation and development of the reason why little success, simply because the requirements of the professional quality of teachers and a far cry from the new curriculum, professional quality of teachers has an impact on the quality of education and educational constraints obstacles to development. Based on this research in the context of the new curriculum reform in middle school language teacher quality structure, identify problems, analyze the causes and propose relevant solutions to enhance the way and on this basis, with essential practical significance.In this study, under the new curriculum and teaching language courses and teacher professional development theory as background, starting to get a preliminary qualitative research on high school language teacher quality architecture, and then tried to survey the use of factor analysis to examine secondary school language teachers quality of composition, make quantitative analysis with qualitative representations become qualitative analysis gives a quantitative expression to practical significance, providing a theoretical basis for further improving the quality of teachers and the level of research. Paper uses self " secondary language teacher quality questionnaire," Zhengzhou City, Henan Province by140secondary school language teachers were tested to investigate the status in order to understand the city’s high school language teacher quality composition and characteristics. Conclusion:the city’s secondary school language teachers on the quality of their teachers have a more positive assessment of the quality of the city’s secondary school language teachers at a relatively good level; on the new curriculum reform in Zhengzhou City, the quality of secondary school language teachers from high to score in three dimensions low professional ability, professional knowledge, professional affection. This paper made a detailed analysis for each dimension, and made a pre-vocational secondary school language teacher training programs in order to provide practical after the upgrade path for the professional quality of secondary school language teachers.
