The quality of teachers must affect the quality of social population. In March 2, 2004, the Ministry of Education promulgated the "standard test of Political Curriculum in senior high school". The new curriculum standard, as the whole process of the national will, has put forward new requirements to the political teachers in the middle school. The new round of basic education curriculum reform, in a sense, not only is the reform of teaching content and methods, but also change people.
