| School-based training is the full utilization and mining-based resources to promoteeffective ways teachers’ continuing education. Secondary vocational school teachers toimplement school-based training to improve the quality of teachers, teaching and research toimprove teachers’ ability to improve the quality of teaching and school plays an important rolein promoting the development of the school. In this paper, based on adult learning theory andtheoretical achievements, and practice on the basis of investigation, the status of teachers insecondary vocational schools based training are described, and for the problems put forwardspecific solutions.The whole thesis consists of three parts, they are: introducation, main body andconclusion. Introduction describes the background and significance of the study, relatedconcepts, current research, research ideas and methods. Body consists of three parts: the firstpart from the theoretical foundation, basic characteristics, methods and models in three areasof the basic theory of the secondary vocational school teachers based training were discussed.The second part on the status of implementation of the Rural Vocational Schools survey fromthe organization and management mechanisms, training programs, training needs, training,investment, training time, training, teacher training, training, training effectiveness nine formsand aspects of secondary vocational schools the status of implementation of school-basedteacher training are described, and pointed out the secondary vocational school teachers basedtraining organization is missing, curriculum system is imperfect, management systems, andrun with the organization’s four questions the lack of scientific projects. Based on these issues,and the third part of the strengthening of secondary vocational school teachers from theschool-based training management system, strengthen the secondary vocational schoolteachers based training resources system, establish an operational mechanism of secondaryvocational school teachers based training, promoting secondary vocational school teachersbased training achievements four proposed optimization secondary vocational school teachersbased training strategies. Concluding section summarizes the author’s view, the limitations ofthis study and future direction. |
