| As an important factor in teaching evaluation,teachers’ teaching investment is the backbone force to ensure the teaching quality.The research on the influencing factors of teaching investment and the improvement of teaching investment is in the ascendant,which has always run through the teaching evaluation and reform.In this rapidly changing modern society,the concept of lifelong learning is integrated into people’s education and life at an amazing speed.The influence of self-oriented learning on the teaching investment of secondary vocational financial and commercial teachers has gradually entered the core of teacher teaching,and become an indispensable part of enhancing the current teacher teaching investment.Under the background of the strategic development of vocational education,on the basis of a comprehensive grasp of the characteristics of teachers of finance and trade in secondary vocational schools,this research focuses on the perspective of self-oriented learning to study the teaching investment of secondary vocational teachers.First of all,10 secondary vocational schools were randomly selected as the survey objects to conduct data collection,elaborated the function mechanism between the factors affecting teaching input,constructed a self-oriented learning model,and analyzed the relationship between the influencing factors of teaching input.Secondly,I conducted in-depth interviews with 6 teachers of finance and trade major in 4 schools to understand the basic status of teaching investment,the support level and incentive methods of schools.Thirdly,through in-depth interviews and non-participatory classroom teaching observation,the D case self-oriented learning method of secondary vocational accounting teachers combined with modern software has a good teaching effect,which is conducive to teaching investment.On this basis,it is concluded that self-oriented learning has a positive effect on teaching input,and scientific and effective self-oriented learning methods are helpful to promote teaching input.Finally,this study comprehensively considers the relevant conclusions of the quantitative and qualitative research relationship of the influencing factors,combined with the author’s own ten years of secondary vocational work experience,and puts forward relevant suggestions in secondary vocational schools and teachers.The suggestions of secondary vocational schools mainly include enhancing the incentive level,improving the learning awareness,constructing self-study conditions,enriching the teacher evaluation forms,etc.The suggestions of secondary vocational teachers mainly include improving the efficiency of teaching investment,integrating modern software technology,building scientific memory mode,participating in teacher training and participating in skills competition to create the dream of "golden teacher",and improving teachers’ teaching investment. |
