An Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of College Student Net Loan Safety Education In Fuzhou Vocational And Technical School

Since the reform and opening up,western consumerism begun to spread to China and gradually influenced Chinese people's consumption views.Recent years,college students have strong and diversified consumption needs,and the consumption credit market for undergraduates is lagging behind.As a new emerging Internet finance product,Network Loan has some advantages that are different from the traditional lending,which makes it rapidly occupy the university market and meet the college students' financial needs in some degree,however some network loan platforms make false and misleading advertising,lower the threshold of loans,hide the actual charging standards,and violently collect overdue arrearages,which lead to college students rob Peter to pay Pall and fall into usury.Network loan negative reports for college student frequently happened,such as suicide,female college students',naked loans,and schools,families and society all have unavoidable responsibilities.School is the main place of education,so it bears primary responsibilities,therefore this paper researches safety education problems in college students' network loan from the school level,and puts forward countermeasures,which have theoretical and practical significance.Firstly,this paper uses Marxism consumerism theory,information asymmetry theory and credit risk management theory,and defines the concepts of network loan,college students'net loan risk and net loan safety education;secondly,takes Fuzhou Vocational and Technical School,a typical high Vocational colleges,as the research object by making questionnaires to deeply investigate the status of college students'network loans,analyzing the consumption behaviors and characteristics of the college students,and the existing campus net loan risks;thirdly,analyzes the network loans safety education status of Fuzhou Vocational and Technical School,which includes the proceeding situation of school network loan safety education status,problems of network loan safety education,and network security education lag reasons;finally,learning from the experience of network loan safety education of Chongqing Police College,School of Economics and Management Of Anhui Normal University and Sichuan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine,which suggests that universities should carry out network loan safety education from the following five aspects,including strengthening consumption view and financial knowledge education,strengthening honest and law-abiding education,perfecting risk prevention education,improving campus network loan management system and establishing and perfecting social coordination mechanism education.
