Along with Chinese social, economic and cultural development, high schoolstudents’ demand for world outlook and knowledge is no longer single, showingsignificant individual differences and diversity, but whether high school chemistryteacher with previous teaching experience are able to cope with the social andindividual changes are debatable. Through the induction of continuing education, theteachers study advanced educational thought and idea from the developed parts, adjustmeasures to local conditions, apply feedback to education and teaching, not onlyimprove the teaching quality and promote the development of the students, but alsocan promote the development of teacher’s individual and group. The present situationof high school chemistry teachers’ teachers’ in-service training in Benxi remains to beperfect, meanwhile, the problem has not been receiving the attention of the relevantdepartments and teachers’ groups, it also lacks the research on related issues in thetheoretical circle.Based on high school chemistry teachers’ in-service training as the researchobject, the paper quotes "investigation, reflection and construction" as the researchtrain of thought, consulting relevant literature, using questionnaire and interviewmethod, developing relevant research and putting forward three aspects: First, thecurrent situation of teachers’ in-service training; Second, feedback of teachers’participation in in-service training; Third, the ideal prospect of in-service training. Thepaper quotes teachers’ professional development theory and modern education theoryas the instruction, by using the combination of quantitative and qualitative method,analyzes the results of investigation and visit necessarily. By using systematic andscientific method of thinking, the paper tries to seek the possible ways to solve theproblem, to provide reasonable and effective improvements for teachers’ managementagencies, relevant groups and individuals.The article is divided into three parts, the first part "introduction" mainlyexpounds the background of the research topic, proposes research objects andresearch contents; The second part "investigation and results analysis" mainlyexpounds the high school chemistry teachers’ in-service training questionnaire design,the degree of confidence, the dimensions of the investigation, the results of the survey, etc; Interview analysis including the design and implementation of the interview; Thethird part " reflection and Suggestions of teachers’ post-service education " mainlysolves the problems of its questionnaire, analyzes the root cause and gives theimprovements to teachers’ post-service education.Through the investigation of in-service training of Benxi city middle schoolchemistry teachers, that the teacher does not actively participate in in-service training,its reason is in many aspects. The first training schedule can not starting from theperspective of teachers, teaching tasks teachers occupy the rest of the time, the secondway of training can not rely on only lectures or seminars,the most important is thecontent of the training of teachers can not solve the problems encountered in the work.Based on this situation, put forward the suggestions and opinions related to teachertraining management department.
