The construction of the innovation country needs to innovate in large numbers the talented person. The training of innovation talented person must be stated from the elementary education. The normal universities are the base of training the elementary education teacher. The innovation quality of the future teacher is decided by the quality of the training of the normal university students, which then affects to the elementary education. However, through innovates the quality present situation investigation to the middle school chemistry teacher and the high chemical education specialized student and the analysis, the author discover current high educates in student's innovation quality raise aspect also has some problems, this article does research in the strategy to train the innovation middle school chemistry teacher before working.The article contains five parts.In introduction part, it discusses the reason and the meaning of this project and introduces the research method simply.In the first part, it analyzes the correlation theories which the innovation middle school chemistry teacher raised. Firstly, the characteristics, the knowledge structure and ability structure of the innovation middle school chemistry teachers are introduced in system. Then, the theory basis is explained.In the second part, Based on the investigation and analysis of the actuality of innovation quality of the middle school chemistry teacher and the high chemical education specialized students, some shortcomings are found through the statistical analysis. Discovered the student also has certain disparity to the innovation middle school chemistry teacher's request. The imagination is introduced to improve the strategies of training the students of normal university.In the third part, the strategy to train the innovation middle school chemistry teacher before working is researched. This is the main part of this paper. Six strategies towards the training of the innovation middle school chemistry teacher before working are introduced and discussed with the teaching practice in detail.In the question and prospect part, the factors of hindering to train the innovation spirit and the innovation ability in the teaching practice of the normal university students are analyzed. Then, the establishment of appraised system to the innovation middle school chemistry teacher is prospected, and some advises of the pedagogical education under the free background are given.
