Based on Shenzhen market Internationalization Considerations,the children English training market especially Non-academic education market has been developing rapidly.Chinese parents see more value of their children in learning English.This is the reason that the Rainbow School has been created in Shenzhen. This is an intensely competitive market although it is a new trade.To win, Rainbow School must upgrade core competition and particularly the staff training of human resources.This paper discusses primary five steps in a Training Programme of Rainbow School:Training Needs Analysis.Developing the Training Program,Training activities implementation,training effectiveness evaluation and training feedback,in addition,the paper improve staff training system, including Training incentive system.In discussing some of the issues, some charts also were taken in the method of combining data in order to make a more convincing description of the problem.The paper also use the literature, questionnaire survey method to obtain the valid data.
