| In recent years,private bookstores and state-owned bookstores have become more and more prominent,and the position of Yiyi Bookstore as a state-owned enterprise in the distribution industry has been greatly impacted.The core business concept of "spirit of the basket" in the distribution industry is no longer in line with the business reality of modern bookstores,and the basic rule for enterprises to seek new development and opportunities is to train high-quality talents.Employees are the cradle of the company’s talent,and the level of their professionalism determines the future economic production Effective training of employees and improvement of training mechanism is one of the important means to achieve the strategic goals of the enterprise.Based on the three major theories of Training Needs Analysis Model,Adult Learning Theory,and the Coasean four-level assessment model in human resource management,this paper combines the current situation of grassroots staff training and refers to a large amount of training-related literature to compile a set of training programs applicable to the grassroots staff of the Yiyi Bookstore in Jilin Province.Firstly,through investigation and analysis,four problems in the training of grass-roots employees at the head office of the Yiyi Bookstore were identified,namely,imperfect training system for grass-roots employees,unclear training purposes,uninnovative training methods,and irregular training frequency.At the same time,Maslow’s needs theory was used to analyze organizational needs,personnel needs,and task needs,and to find the direction of the grassroots staff training program design.Secondly,when designing the program,we took into full consideration the five adult learning rules of adult learning theory: "goal,self-directed demand,integration with actual work,finding answers in learning and need for driving force",and designed a training program that meets the characteristics of adult learning,clarified the purpose of training,innovated the training content,ensured the quality of instructors,and broke the old training methods.The training methods are designed to make learning fun,interesting and interesting,so that adults’ learning is not full of futility and rejection.Finally,we use the four-level evaluation model to judge the accuracy and value of the training program design,and provide timely feedback from four dimensions: response assessment,learning assessment,behavior assessment,and outcome assessment.It is hoped that the research in this paper will help Jilin Yiyi Bookstore General Company to improve the training system for grassroots staff,to raise awareness of the company’s training for grassroots staff,to change the original training concept,to integrate staff training programs and career development into the long-term development plan of the company,and to recreate a new training system for grassroots staff.It is also hoped that the training program in this paper will provide a valuable reference for other sister companies in the distribution industry in terms of grassroots staff training. |
