| The rapid development of information technology has exerted a far-reaching influenceon the enterprise staff training, study its application in the enterprise technical staff training, tostandardize enterprise training process, optimize training enterprise workers means, improvethe comprehensive quality training of technical staff.This article summarize the methods of enterprise employee training related theory,constructs the theoretical foundation of the full text. By the method of case study, analysis ofthe existing information technology in the enterprise technical staff training problems. Usingthe method of combination of theory and case, put forward to strengthen the informationtechnology in the enterprise technical staff training measures.Through this study, the conclusions are as follows: first, summarizes the currentinformation technology in the enterprise technical staff training in the application of the mainproblems, including training concept is not clear in common,"contradiction" outstanding,information technology is not widely used and role play is not ideal, skilled employeeinformation ability is not strong, training contents and lack of pertinence, evaluationmechanism is not perfect.
