| With rapid development of economy,more and more enterprises incorporate talent development into strategic planning,update employees’ knowledge and business skills through employee training to make enterprises better maintain leading competitiveness.Meanwhile,with the rapid development of information technology and the impact of novel coronavirus pneumonia,every enterprise is accelerating the pace of digital transformation and innovating employee training mode.Taking D company,a high-tech enterprise as the research object,this thesis introduces the human resources and staff training status of the company,deeply investigates the problems and causes of staff training on the basis of questionnaire interview and statistical analysis.The study points out that the problems existing in the employee training of D company include: The training content deviates from the actual work;the connection between online and offline is less;the raining effect evaluation is simple and formalistic;the willingness of employees to actively participate in training is weak.The causes of these problems are mainly reflected in:the analysis of staff training needs is not in-depth;The mixed mode is less used;The training effect evaluation system is not professional;The training incentive mechanism is imperfection.Through the analysis of the causes of the above problems,combined with the actual situation of employee training in company D,this text designs solutions from four aspects: strengthening employee demand investigation,strengthening Blending training,improving training effect evaluation system and improving training incentive system.So as to effectively integrate the advantages and disadvantages of online and offline training modes,build a scientific training mode and maximize the effect of enterprise training.Through research,this thesis aims to optimize the company’s employee training management mode,improve employees’ business skills and comprehensive quality and formulate a training plan suitable for their growth and development.Provide guidance and help for the staff training management of company D.At the same time,it also provides experience,practices and new ideas for the same type of business,products and customer service,helps enterprises cultivate outstanding talents and serves social and economic development. |
