The realization of the kindness of education is the process of creativeness ofeducation ethic requirement in the education and teaching activities. Teachers’creative behaviors are the results in proper dealing with the complicated anddilemmatic incidents and organic connection of teachers’ lofty professional ethics andkeen awareness of educational ethics. It reflects the humane care for students’sustainable development, and also reflects teachers’ pursuit of the development foreducational realm. This research focuses on the primary and secondary schoolteachers’ creative behaviors.The paper gave a comprehensive literature review on researches of educationalethics and the behaviors of teachers both abroad and in China and defined some coreconcepts. Then questionnaire, interview and case analysis are used to collect andanalyze the primary and secondary school teachers’ behaviors in China. On the baseof this the strategies of cultivating the primary and secondary school teachers’creative behaviors were put forward in the educational ethics perspective.The paper consists of5parts:Part one is introduction. It elaborated the raising the questions and the meaningof the research. Then a comprehensive literature review on researches of educationalethics and the behaviors of teachers both abroad and in China was conducted. Third, itdefined the core concepts and clarified the confusing concepts.Part two is mainly about the value orientation and the structure of teachers’behaviors in the educational ethic perspective. Teachers’ creative behaviors are topursue the realization of the kindness of education, the justice in the process ofeducation, the improvement of teacher’s innovative consciousness and ability infacing the complicated problems in education and the fully development of teachersand students. In this article, teachers’ behaviors were defined in4layers: legalbehaviors, teaching behaviors, communication behaviors and management behaviors.In part three, Prepare the questionnaire, situation of primary school teachers’behaviors through the questionnaire. The collected data was analyzed from2 dimensions. One is teachers’ ethics idea. The other is teachers’ legal behaviors,teaching behaviors, communication behaviors and management behaviors. Overallunderstanding of teachers’ knowledge of the ethics of education and the actualperformance in the education teachingPart four: On the basis of the questionnaire, use the interview had in-depthinterview of some teachers. Combined with excellent examples of primary andsecondary school teachers from the perspective of education ethics on a systematicanalysis and improvement.In part five, the basic principles of teachers’ creative behaviors which should befollowed were stated. First, people-oriented and harmonious development isconnected; second, teacher-guiding and mutual respect and understanding iscombined; third, pay attention to the education fairness and treat differently; fourth,integrate the teachers’ expectation and potential development. Then the strategy ofcultivation of teachers’ creative behaviors were put forward in external and internalthe two aspects.
