| Artificial intelligence(AI)technology is gradually utilized in education.While AI empowers the rapid development of education,it also brings severe challenges to education,such as weakening students’ learning initiative,hindering the transformation of teachers’ professional roles,and obtaining all-round educational data and other ethical problems.Now,teachers,schools and educational administrative departments pay more attention to the use of AI technology,ignoring the ethical challenges AI technology brings to education.As the key of technology integration education,teachers should not only have the ability of AI application,but also become the moral model of AI application in education,and take the responsibility of cultivating students’ AI ethics.Based on the theme of AI ethics literacy,this study carries out the following four tasks through systematic review,interview,questionnaire and statistical analysis,the results are as follows:First,through the analysis of the relevant literature on intelligence education literacy and teachers’ AI ethical literacy,we find that most researchers think that teachers’ AI ethical literacy includes AI ethical knowledge,AI ethical ability and AI ethical evaluation,based on the ethical challenges faced by teachers in primary and secondary schools,the three dimensions are as follows: safeguarding educational fairness,safeguarding moral dignity and protecting intellectual property rights,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of AI ethics literacy of primary and secondary school teachers.Second,comprehensive interviews and literature analysis methods to determine AI ethical literacy factors.On the basis of literature analysis,5 interviewees using intelligent teaching equipment were randomly selected to conduct interviews,finally,it is determined that the readiness of teachers to use AI for teaching(cognition,ability and vision)is the factor that affects the AI ethical literacy,and the AI ethics literacy affects the technical pressure of teachers,the intention of job transfer caused by technology,and the job performance of technical support.According to the existing research to determine the relationship between the factors hypothesis,the AI ethical literacy impact factors model.Thirdly,based on the existing typical scales of each dimension,the questionnaire was compiled,and 2000 valid samples were collected,use SPSS and Amos Tools for processing.Through the examination and revision of the model,results are as follows:(1)the AI ethical literacy of primary and middle school teachers is in the middle level as a whole,lack of understanding and capacity to safeguard educational equity,moral dignity and intellectual property protection.(2)the degree of preparation for teaching with educational AI positively regulates teachers’ AI ethical literacy,that is,teachers’ AI cognition,Ai ability and AI vision positively affect teachers’ AI ethical literacy.(3)the application of educational AI brings some technical pressure to teachers,and the technical pressure will lead to the intention of job transfer,especially for male teachers and low-age teachers.(4)teachers’ AI ethical literacy negatively regulates teachers’ technical pressure and job transfer intention,and positively influences teachers’ job performance supported by technology.Fourth,based on Kohlberg’s theory of moral development,an empirical study on the current situation and influencing factors of AI ethics literacy of primary and secondary school teachers has been conducted,it includes six stages: cultivating teachers’ AI ethical consciousness,promoting teachers’ self-construction of AI ethical knowledge,developing the cooperative construction teachers’ socialization,constructing the external restraint mechanism of teachers’ AI ethics,constructing the Democratic AI ethical decision-making mechanism,and cultivating the AI ethical responsibility of teachers’ community,it provides a new angle for improving AI ethics literacy.Overall,this paper explores the mechanisms of influence of AI ethical literacy among elementary and secondary school teachers through empirical research and proposes strategies for developing AI ethical literacy among elementary and secondary school teachers based on classical theories of ethical development that provide clear and promising guidance for developing AI ethical competence for them. |
