| points out: Developing educational technique becomes the urgent need in information-based construction. It is the important for primary and secondary school teachers to mastery and use educational technique as soon as possible. It shows the importance of the competence of educational technique. However,It should let them recognize it if we want to work well for the training and teacher's practices. Namely teachers should know clearly the developmental process of educational technique competence, which teachers never use a technique to make use of it then to validly use. This paper researches the relevant problems on shaping and growth of the teacher's competence on educational technique, mousses out the regulation, hopes to strengthen the teacher's understanding on educational technique competence and provides the foundation for training and practices. Concrete research has: the shaping process of the primary and secondary school teacher's competence on educational technique, the difference characteristics, influental factors and how to train competence. But currently relevant study is scattered.The paper adopts the method of questionnaire survey and interview to study the process, the characteristics and the impact factors in the development of educational technique's competence. It shows that:1.the development of primary and secondary school teacher's competence of educational technique mainly experiences four stages: embryonic, apply, blend and change;2.the development of the teacher's competence of educational technique exits distinct difference in the usage's time .It puts up the trend that the competence continuously develops as the increase of the time in using technique. The competence of educational technique will have a fast exaltation in the usage of education technique teaching 3 -5 years, which is the key period of the development. In addition, the competence of differently academic teacher also shows differences;3.the factors which influence the development of teacher's competence are the teacher's, the environment, the software and the students. |
