Kindergarten teachers teaching language is to pass knowledge and experience for young children carrier, is also the main tool to complete the task of teaching teachers to achieve teaching objectives. Teachers’teaching language directly affects the quality and effectiveness of interaction between teachers and children. Therefore, this study focuses on the new teachers’teaching language in kindergarten, using the ways of observation, interviews and case studies to deeply analyze the problems and situations of the new teachers’ teaching language. On this basis, I summary the reasons for making these problems and make suggestions for improving the language teaching skills of the Kindergarten’s new teachers to draw kindergarten’s new teachers’attention to focus on the teaching language in class. This thesis is composed of four main sections:First.Introduction. Including issues raised, definition, rationale, research review and research significance of the research methods. By finishing the research literature found that the current relatively little research on novice teachers teaching language.Second. New teacher’s teaching language status in the kindergarten. Mainly carries on the analysis from the type, teacher’s teaching language usage and features.Third.Analysis of the existing problems of new teachers teaching language. According to novice status analysis drawn kindergarten teaching language, there are four main issues, namely:Question is too simple, lack of inspiration, the language of evaluation is single, lack of feedback information; language control class phenomenon is serious and interactive language less, lack of emotional communication. Section from kindergarten and the teacher’s own analyzes and summarizes the causes of novice teachers teaching language problems.Fourth. Kindergarten new teachers to improve teaching language level recommendations. According to the author questions the reasons put forward effective recommendations from their macroscopic kindergartens and teachers. To do this garden nursery based training for novice teachers to carry out teaching and research activities targeted wealthy, expert teachers to help novice teachers, the creation of common learning atmosphere and improve the teacher evaluation system; novice teachers to change their teaching and establish a correct outlook theory with practice, well-organized teaching language, the ability to reflect and improve teaching to enhance learning, improve the overall quality...
