Problems And Countermeasures Of Talents Training In Secondary Vocational Education Of Tourism In Hainan

With the prosperity and development of the tourism industry in the whole province,the demand for tourist talents is also rising rapidly.The secondary vocational education has become the half of the tourism talents in the province.On the one hand,the rapid development of tourism brings the gap of talent.On the other hand,the quantity and quality of the tourism talents have not met the demand of the market,thus the contradiction of supply and demand of tourism talents in the province has emerged.The main content of this study includes four parts:the first part analyzes the current situation of tourism development in Hainan province and the situation of tourism talent supply and demand,and provides the direction and basis for further research on the training of Vocational Education in the province.The second part analyzes the related concepts of talent training in tourism vocational education,and makes clear the object of this research.The third part,combined with the survey data,analyzes the current situation of Hainan tourism secondary vocational education and the contradiction between supply and demand of talent training and tourism development.The fourth part,aiming at the problems existing in tourism secondary vocational education in Hainan,puts forward countermeasures for talents training of secondary vocational education in Hainan.The main research methods used in this paper are:literature analysis and research method,collecting,sorting and analyzing the related research on the training of vocational education personnel in Hainan tourism,refining the basic theoretical framework of tourism secondary vocational education,providing theoretical support for the study of training personnel in Vocational Education in Hainan;questionnaire,Through the investigation of three types of tourism enterprises,tourism professional teachers and secondary vocational students,the contradiction of supply and demand in tourism talents industry is understood.Through the questionnaire survey and the statistical analysis of the results of the questionnaire,the problems existing in the training of vocational education for Vocational Education in Hainan are summarized,and the interview method of industry survey is carried out.The interview of the management staff of the Hainan tourism industry to understand the requirements and the post requirements of the employment enterprises,and to put forward effective suggestions and measures for the training of vocational education personnel in Hainan.Through interviews with similar schools and educational experts,this paper explores and summarizes countermeasures for talents training in Hainan tourism vocational education.This paper,based on the status of Vocational Education in Hainan tourism,analyzes the shortage of "quantity" and "quality" in the training of vocational education for Vocational Education in Hainan province from the aspects of social concept,educational concept,curriculum,school enterprise cooperation,teachers' construction and teaching resources.In order to solve the above problems,starting from the external environment of secondary vocational education,it is necessary to implement the Countermeasures of public opinion construction,government guidance and policy implementation.From the internal management,we should integrate resources,improve the concept and model of talent training,and update the curriculum.From the school education,we should grasp the teaching management,the construction of the teachers' team and the learning.To develop vocational education talents that are more suitable for the development of tourism in Hainan.
